Now Hiring - Assistant Shop Foreman in Farmington, NM

• Posses the knowledge and experience to perform repairs, oversee & advise on work performed by other mechanics, and create a team atmosphere.
• Have honesty and integrity as a person and in regards to work and repairs being suggested to out customers to create trust and long-term relationships.
• Assist the Shop Foreman with managing the day to day workflow of the shop to be as efficient as possible.
• Perform mechanical repairs as dictated by the daily work load.
• Answer incoming service request phone calls in a polite and professional manor, provide estimates and schedule appointments.
• Greet customers arriving for appointments with hospitality and the highest level of respect, explain and quotes services requested in a "easy to understand" format, and effectively diagnose and up-sell appropriate repairs and services to customers in a person and over the phone.
• Dispatch work to qualified mechanics
• Oversee work being performed and insure it is performed to manufacturer specifications.
• Have a positive attitude and be professional and stay in control when working with customers and employees.
• Posses critical thinking and problem solving skills to "adapt and overcome" obstacles and challenges that arise in the everyday work environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
